Ecovillage Architectural Design: The Ecovillage is designed by JCC as a self-sustaining micro-community featuring on-site solar power generation, battery energy storage, water storage, reuse systems, and microgrid islanding capability. These systems enhance resilience, reduce operating costs, and ensure continuity of essential services during emergencies.

Ecovillage Construction Systems and Technologies 
Western Contractors utilizes modular construction systems for the Ecovillage buildout, including insulated concrete forming technologies, to significantly compress construction timelines. Onsite preparation and infrastructure installation, reduces labor constraints, weather risk, and schedule uncertainty.

Phase One (0–12 Months): Delivery of housing and core services for village residents, including residential units, ADA-integrated housing, medical clinic, dining services, utilities infrastructure and security operations. 

Phase Two (12–20 Months): Full build-out of sustainable and resilient Ecovillage infrastructure.

Project Description & Population Served:

Serving approximately 2000 Village residents on 100 acres,  including veterans, families, children, youth, adults  and individuals. 

Housing includes studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, with ADA-accessible units integrated throughout the village complex. Housing is directly paired with on-site healthcare, education, and employment pathways to support long-term stabilization and self-sufficiency.
