Food Security
The Ecovillage well-organized community gardens, will provide fresh nutritious produce, and are a valuable resources for village sustainable food production. Everyone has access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food that meets dietary needs and preferences for a healthy life.
Behavioral Health Support
The Ecovillage Residential Treatment Center provides safe, dignified, trauma-informed behavioral health programs, aimed at healing physical, emotional and psychological traumas.
The United States continues to face a severe housing and behavioral health crisis. Our Ecovillage solution moves the homeless off the streets, out of the cities business corridors, and into their own newly built, comfortable, rural community villages. The Ecovillage expands the current number of available housing in every city, to provide for a greater number of unsheltered individuals. It can affectively house over 2000 residents, per 100 acres of land, in a rural community village setting. The Ecovillage is a self-sustaining, trauma informed, rural community, serving homeless veterans, individuals, adults, families, children and youth. It is a fully integrated campus model combining rapid-delivery housing, trauma-informed treatment, healthcare, family support, education, workforce development, veterans housing compound, residential treatment center and resilient infrastructure. The Ecovillage is a two-phase, construction build-out prioritizing speed, certainty and scalability, while maintaining long-term dignity and community integration. The Ecovillage Homeless Housing Program is a Nonprofit IRS Recognized Tax-Exempt 501(c)(3) EIN# 35-2404851. The Ecovillage is an achievable humanitarian initiative to provide greatly needed housing to the homeless population across the nation.
